We’re First Nations focused, values-driven, and deeply committed to both financial returns and generational impact. We provided hands-on support and cultural alignment that mainstream VCs can’t.

We’re sector-agnostic. We invest in First Nations scalable companies - from gaming and AI to construction and clean tech - that have strong leadership, early traction, and potential for sustainable growth.

We look for businesses that create tangible outcomes - like First Nations employment, leadership, supply chain participation, or community programs. Impact is not just about ownership, but also reach, access and influence.

A collective of respected First Nations leaders who help guide our cultural integrity, support founders as role models, and promote self-determination through entrepreneurship.

We typically invest between $250k and $2m per company, and reserve capital for follow-on investments into our most promising portfolio companies.

We focus on Seed and Series A stages, but we are open to later-stage opportunities where there’s strong alignment with our mission and return potential.

Absolutely. We provide mentorship, strategic guidance, help with hiring, customer introductions, and access to the Ochre ecosystem of First Nations leaders and VC advisors who support our mission.
